Participation and commission terms
These terms apply to the TAGS.WORLD partner and influencer programme operated by TAGS.KOŠICE s.r.o.
1. Participation
Adults and businesses with verifiable public channels may apply. All information must be accurate and current. Admission is not guaranteed.
2. Referral and attribution
Only approved partner codes are valid. A 30-day attribution window starts after a valid visit. The first stored valid attribution to a newly registered business remains decisive. Self-referrals are excluded.
3. Commission
Commission is 20% of net revenue actually received, excluding taxes. Attributed subscriptions, token packages and approved add-ons qualify for up to 12 months after business attribution.
4. Release and payout
Commissions remain pending for 14 days. They then become available if no refund, chargeback or dispute exists. Payouts are processed monthly from €50; payout and tax details are requested separately before the first payout.
5. Refunds
Refunded, cancelled or fraudulent payments do not earn commission. Pending amounts may be corrected or reversed accordingly.
6. Permitted promotion
Spam, misleading claims, technical manipulation, trademark abuse and unlawful advertising are prohibited. Partners act independently and follow applicable disclosure rules.
7. Suspension and termination
TAGS.WORLD may reject applications and suspend accounts for misuse or breaches. Properly earned, undisputed commissions remain recorded under these terms.
Submitting a partner application constitutes acceptance of these terms.
