Rules for business accounts and published content.
Scope
The service is intended for businesses. Registrants confirm that they are authorised to represent the stated company.
Company hashtag
Each company may claim one unique brand hashtag. Details and authority are reviewed. Approval may be refused or withdrawn.
Posts and moderation
Submitted content must be lawful and must not infringe third-party rights. Posts are published only after review and may be reviewed again, hidden or removed following a report.
Plans, billing and tokens
Free includes one introductory post in total and one permanent brand hashtag. Start costs €14.90 net per month and includes four monthly posts, two target hashtags and 100 monthly tokens with a subscription-token cap of 300. Plus costs €39.90 net per month and includes twelve monthly posts, four target hashtags and 300 monthly tokens with a cap of 900. Additional target hashtags cost €1.90 net each per month; up to ten can be self-managed and larger packages are agreed individually. The brand hashtag does not count as a target hashtag. One token equals one selected target hashtag on one campaign day. Organic publication and the brand hashtag use no tokens; clicks and impressions are not guaranteed. One-time token packages cost €12.90 for 100, €29.90 for 300 or €79.90 for 1,000 tokens, require Start or Plus, remain valid for twelve months and do not count towards the subscription cap. Applicable tax is added. Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled in the Stripe customer portal at the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, included subscription tokens are frozen for 90 days and then expire. Tokens with the earliest expiry are used first. Tokens are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Prohibited use
Deception, spam, automated abuse, unlawful content and unauthorised use of third-party brands or accounts are prohibited. We may suspend or delete access after violations.
Availability and law
Reach, ranking and uninterrupted availability are not guaranteed. Slovak law applies unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
