Product-specific domains, applications and customer-facing Business Web-Apps may be technically operated through the central TAGS.WORLD infrastructure.
Businesses using TAGS.WORLD products remain responsible for the business information, offers, descriptions, media, legal information and other content they publish through their own Business Web-App, digital menu or other customer-facing service.
This also applies when a TAGS.WORLD-powered Business Web-App is published under the customer's own domain.
The use of TAGS.WORLD technology or infrastructure does not by itself make TAGS.WORLD the operator of the customer's business or the author of customer-provided business information.
TAGS.WORLD may provide technical services including hosting, application delivery, profile management, multilingual processing, Business Web-App functionality, inquiry handling, security, technical infrastructure and related platform services.
Customer profiles and TAGS.WORLD services may contain links to third-party websites or services. Responsibility for third-party content remains with the respective third-party provider, subject to applicable law.
